Every single thing was perfectly fine. Really helpful staff gave advice on things to do. The rooms were reasonably large equipped with large bed, a stylish touch, as example. There were a refrigerator, a cooktop, and kitchenware upon arrival. The location of the hotel was good, in the center.

This place is in a fantastic location with easy access to taxis, restaurants, and shops, and we enjoyed having a separate bedroom.

we stayed here for trip, everything was fine and it was in the quiet and excellent location by taxi or local collectivos. location: the hotel was just off restaurants and shops, and tulum. stopped by botanica garden cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's next to the venue, recommend.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a nice lounge area. It was great to have a TV with Netflix for entertainment. the location was fantastic, being close to downtown and easily accessible to various activities and attractions. This made it convenient to explore and enjoy the area. - I also liked the fact that they offered scooter rentals. It was convenient, affordable, and allowed me to easily explore the surroundings at my own pace.

The front gate and room locks were a bit difficult to work out, which was a bit frustrating at times. Although the apartment was generally clean and comfortable, there were a few small details that could have been improved upon, such as the lack of proper kitchen utilities and the need for better soundproofing to minimize noise from outside sources.

the location was fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore in town. the apartment itself was amazing, with a spacious and comfortable living area that had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a TV with Netflix. the bed was massive and the air conditioning ensured a comfortable sleep. We felt safe and secure throughout our stay, and the staff were incredibly helpful. the private and quiet atmosphere made it even better. We would definitely choose to stay at Yaax Kiin Tulum Aparthotel again!

Clean, modern apartments with spacious balconies. Helpful staff, daily cleaning. Well-equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms. Great location in the center, walking distance from supermarket. Would return!

It provided a comfortable and homey atmosphere, especially with the addition of a well-equipped kitchen and a refrigerator with a stove. Another highlight was the TV with various channels, including Netflix, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. the location was key, being conveniently close to various attractions and just a short walk away from a big supermarket.

it would have been nice to have some hooks for towels in the bathroom, as well as refreshing the kitchen equipment, particularly the pan. Another downside was the occasional noise from the street, mainly barking dogs, which disturbed my sleep at times.
